​How do I

place an order?

Place your order by choosing your item(s) and clicking on the "Pay Now" button.  You may use PayPal or a Credit Card to pay for your items.

Payment

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal Balance, PayPal Credit, PayPal Cards.  Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.

Credit Card Charges

 

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

​

On the final checkout page you will be shown the exact cost of the products, taxes, and shipping for your order, there will be no other fees.  At that time you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Central Standard Time.

Excluded Shipping Destinations

We only ship to locations inside the United States excluding the following: Alaska/Hawaii, All US Protectorates including (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), APO/FPO, and PO Boxes.

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Returns

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.


After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
